Heather Harman
M.Ed.I am an experienced coach trained in mediation and post-divorce co-parent coaching, parent education, and life coaching. My ongoing professional development includes working with my mentor, Karen Bonnell, author of The Co-Parenting Handbook: Raising Well-Adjusted and Resilient Kids from Little Ones to Young Adults through Divorce or Separation and The Stepfamily Handbook: From Dating, to Getting Serious, to forming a "Blended Family". I am also trained in mediation through King County Dispute Resolution Center and as a life coach through the Martha Beck Institute. I am a certified Gottman Institute instructor. I have an MA in Education and have over a decade of experience teaching infants to adult learners. My goal is to help clients build, repair, and maintain strong and healthy communication channels.

I am dedicated to helping families restructure in the most collaborative and non-adversarial way possible. I have worked in Collaborative Law since 2015, spending hundreds of hours training with experts from around the globe. I specialize in helping parents learn to co-parent, mediate parenting plans, and helping grey divorce clients manage and thrive through the process. I also provide training to Collaborative Professionals such as Collaborative Basic Trainings and Collaborative Coaches Trainings.
